Return and Refund Policy
At Fallin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Return and refund are only applicable to certain products.
Return
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.It comes under certain conditions.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.Refund is applicable only for appropriate products.Please note that shipping costs and any applicable taxes will not be refunded.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for items that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to customer negligence.
Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom-made products are also exempt from returns.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
